You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose. They are the ownership of UNIQLYU.

All prices are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the merchandise ordered including VAT at the current rate and delivery charges.
Payment
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: all major debit/credit cards including Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is placed. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to uniqlyu.co.uk, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.
We use the latest strong encryption technology to ensure that all transactional information is protected to the highest standard. Transactional information includes any credit or debit card details, your personal contact information, together with any other names and addresses you provide when you place an order for delivery to another address, and your purchasing history.
Pricing
UNIQLYU will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions or human error. This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ – as a result, UNIQLYU reserve the right to decline any order received.
Discount Codes
From time to time we issue discount codes. We have a discount code box situated at the Checkout where codes can be entered. You must take care when entering codes as they are case and space sensitive. You may only redeem one code at a time so we advise you to choose the promotion best suited to your purchase. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher codes.
Loyalty bonus
Our loyalty bonus is available to registered uniqlyu.co.uk customers. You must have registered an account with us to qualify. You earn points with every purchase you make online with us. You must be signed into your account when making your order. Once you reach 1000 points then you will be sent a gift from our Aromaworks luxury home fragrance and candles collection.
Refunds
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement, on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods.
Our prices are very attractive and give you the opportunity of saving substantially when you purchase from us. To keep our prices down, we cannot refund the delivery charges incurred when your order was sent or when you send an item back. If you benefited from free delivery then we do reserve the right to refund you for your return, minus the delivery and re-stocking costs (£3.95) incurred when we despatched your order to you.
Re-Despatch of Orders
In the event that your order is returned to us, due to it not being collected from the Post Office or Couriers, or if the details you gave when placing your order were incorrect, then a £3.95 handling fee will be charged. This charge will be applied either for the cancellation or for the re-sending of your order.
Cancellation Right
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, please email us a notice of cancellation to customercare@uniqlyu.co.ukand return the goods to us; we appreciate if they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
